Every address on this network is probed around the clock for reachability, location and network spread. What follows is whatever the probes came back with, including the parts we would rather not show you.
One square, one address. It darkens the moment its probe comes back.
You pick a country. The scheduler picks the exit, and the probes decide which exits it may pick.
The squares in rust are the addresses a probe has just failed. They leave the pool before a buyer notices.
Every address gets checked for reachability, location and route every ninety seconds. You see what came back, not what a vendor typed into a form.
Anything under 96% reachability over thirty days is replaced or refunded automatically. It is in the contract, not in the marketing.
Geographic and ASN concentration sit on every listing as a number, so you can see correlated ban risk before you spend anything.
Transit is measured, not advertised. Pools that genuinely carry UDP are marked, and the rest stay unmarked.
Addresses leased from the operators who own them, and consumer devices opted in through Shelter and paid for it. That is the whole list.
Every supply partner is re-checked against consent records four times a year. Three could not produce them and are no longer here.
